1 kg (2 lbs) of PEI Mussels
¼ cup melted butter
8 lemon wedges

Arrange grill 10-12 cm above hot coals.  Place mussels on the grill and cook until the shells open (4-5 minutes).  Serve at once with melted butter and lemon wedges.

Preparation Time: 15 minutes
Cooking Time: 4-5 minutes
