There is no charge on local orders of $150.00 or more, with a nominal charge for smaller orders, and orders outside our local area (fees may vary).

Orders must be submitted before 4:30 pm to be eligible for next day delivery. Anything sent after 4:30 pm will be pushed to next available day. Once your order is ready, we will send it out with our delivery staff at our earliest convenience.

• How much does home grocery delivery cost?
  • Local home delivery is available at no charge for orders of $150.00 or more, with a nominal charge for smaller orders, and orders outside our local area (fee may vary based on proximity to the store).
• Why is there a service charge on smaller orders?
  • What we found is that there is a significant cost to doing people’s shopping, then staff to shop the orders, process the payment, and then have a delivery driver. We are willing to absorb this cost, and for that, we ask that people make larger orders.
    
• What payment methods do you accept for delivery?
  • We only accept credit cards – Visa, Mastercard, American Express
• How do I know when my delivery order is confirmed?
  • After you submit the online form, someone from our team will give you a call to confirm your order and ask for a payment method by the end of the day (as long as the order was submitted before 4:30 pm). Completing the on-line form will start the process but please wait for a confirmation call from us to confirm.
• How long until I get a confirmation call for my delivery order?
  • Any order form submitted before 4:30 pm will receive a call back the same day. However, if the order form is submitted after 4:30 pm, the call-back will be the following day.
• Can I get my order for a specific time?
  • We cannot confirm a delivery time, we can only confirm the date. We pull orders day-of in the order they were received and each order is different as some are larger which takes more time and some smaller. If you need an order for a particular time, we suggest you pick a day that you are more flexible.
• Can I add something to my delivery order?
  • Once the order is confirmed with you by our staff there are no changes or add-ons permitted. Thank you for your understanding with this.
• When is your order cutoff time?
