This is a great recipe.  If you want more of an Asian barbeque taste to it, add about a tablespoon of hoisen sauce and ketchup instead of tomato sauce.  Buy a whole chicken and ask any of the Village Grocer butchers to cut it into 8 or 10 pieces.

1 (2 ½ to 3 lbs) Village Grocer Chicken, cut up
salt to taste
pepper to taste
1 cup thinly sliced onions
¾ cup tomato sauce
¼ cup honey
¼ cup vinegar
2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp paprika
¼ tsp bottled hot pepper sauce

Place the chicken, skin side down, in a large baking dish.  Sprinkle with salt and pepper.  Combine remaining ingredients; mix well.  Pour mixture over chicken.  Bake, uncovered, at 375 degree F. for 30 minutes.  Turn pieces of chicken over and bake for another 20 minutes longer or until chicken is glazed and no longer pink.
