¾ cup sugar
3 Tbsp butter
1 Egg
2 cups flour
1 tsp baking powder
½ tsp baking soda
½ tsp salt
¾ cup undrained crushed pineapple
1 cup cranberries, fresh or frozen
½ cup almond slivers

Cream sugar and butter. Add egg. Sift flour, baking powder, soda and salt. Add to egg mixture alternately with pineapple. Stir in cranberries and almonds. Pour into a loaf pan, and bake at 350 F for 60 minutes. Let cool in pan for 10 minutes. Turn out on rack.
