1 tbsp olive oil
1/2 – 1 cup of Newman’s Own Balsamic or Lighten Up Balsamic Dressing
1/2 cup Parmesan, grated
1/2 cup pine nuts, toasted

Prepare pasta according to package. Dice tomatoes and put aside. Cook cubed chicken breasts in oil until cooked and no longer pink. In a small pan toast pine nuts a few minutes until light brown. When penne pasta is ready, place in bowl with tomatoes and chicken. Toss with Newman’s Own Balsamic or Lighten Up Balsamic Dressing until coated. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and toasted pine nuts.
