  • Ocean Perch fillet
  • 1Tbs of olive oil or butter
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Thyme to taste
  • 1 lemon


  1. Start by heating your olive oil or butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Then season fish with salt, pepper, and thyme to taste. Add Ocean Perch to skillet, cook for about 3 minutes each side until cooked through.
  3. While cooking, add zest of lemon. When finished cooking, squeeze the juice of lemon wedge over the fillet.
