- Ocean Perch fillet
- 1Tbs of olive oil or butter
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Thyme to taste
- 1 lemon
- Start by heating your olive oil or butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Then season fish with salt, pepper, and thyme to taste. Add Ocean Perch to skillet, cook for about 3 minutes each side until cooked through.
- While cooking, add zest of lemon. When finished cooking, squeeze the juice of lemon wedge over the fillet.
