Cauliflower is such a versatile ingredient.  It can be baked, fried, or even made into a rice substitute! With so many different ways to enjoy it, we thought we’d share one of our longtime favourite recipes. Our Golden Dome of Cauliflower recipe uses two types of savoury cheeses and is baked to a delicious perfection using a tasty blend of sauces.  We promise this will be your next go-to cauliflower recipe!

Golden Dome of Cauliflower

Ingredients 
  • 1 cauliflower – about 2 1/2 lbs
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup Hellman’s Mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp Dijon mustard (add extra flavour with 3 tbsp)
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp paprika for garnish
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven for 350F
  2. Core cauliflower and remove the outlives, leaving heads intact
  3. In a large pot, for 20 minutes, steam cauliflower until tender
  4. Once tender, transfer cauliflower an oven-proof dish
  5. In a small bowl, combine cheddar cheese, mayonnaise, mustard and parmesan cheese
  6. Spread mixture over the cauliflower
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until you see the top bubbling and lightly browning
  8. Garnish the dish with a sprinkle of paprika
