12 ounces radiatore or penne pasta
2 cups diced red and yellow tomatoes or all red tomatoes
1-2 cloves garlic, minced
2-3 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
6 tablespoons Silver Palate Balsamic Country Salad Splash
4 ounces feta cheese, crumbled
Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
1/4 cup fresh basil leaves, torn or chopped
Cook pasta in plenty of boiling salted water until al dente Drain well. Toss pasta with tomatoes, garlic, olive oil and Balsamic Country Salad Splash in a large bowl. Add feta, salt, pepper and basil and toss gently. Serve at once or chill.
