1.5 lbs Haddock fillets

2 tbsp minced fresh parsley

1/2 tsp salt

1/4 tsp pepper

2 tsp vegetable oil

lemon wedges

In skillet, heat over medium-high; fry haddock, turning once, until golden and fish flakes easily when tested (about six minutes). Serve with lemon wedges to squeeze over top
