½ cup butter
1 cup brown sugar
1 tbsp curry
¼ tsp salt

Combine and melt butter, sugar, curry and salt. Place 3 cans of drained fruit (pears, peaches, pineapples, apricots, etc) in a shallow baking pan. Pour the melted mixture over fruit and bake for 20 to 25 minutes in a 325°F oven.
