2 (8oz) chicken breasts (cut in half)
1 cup Newman’s Own Creamy Caesar Dressing
2 cups shredded romaine lettuce
1 large tomato (cut into slices)
4 focaccia rolls (square or round)
4 tbsp Parmesan cheese sliced or grated
Preheat charcoal grill.
Marinate chicken breast in ½ cup Newman’s Own Creamy Caesar Dressing for up to 4 hours.
Gently toss shredded lettuce with ½ cup dressing.
Grill chicken until the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees (approximately 10 minutes – 5 minutes on each side). Cool chicken. Slice the breast in half or into thin slices.
Slice focaccia in half; spread remaining dressing evenly on all 8 sides of focaccia.
Assemble sandwich by placing 4oz chicken breast, ½ cup of lettuce, 1 tomato slice & 1 tablespoon of parmesan cheese on each sandwich.
Slice in half and serve with a little extra dressing for dipping.
