Halibut Fillets
Butter
Flour
Salt
Pepper
Our Own Bruschetta

In a shallow plate, mix some flour, salt, pepper and any other seasonings of your choice. Lightly flour the halibut fillets.

In a pan, melt a little butter. Pan-sear the fillets in the pan for approximately 7-8 minutes a side until fish is cooked.

Top with our bruschetta mix and enjoy!
