8 cups salad greens
1 cup grape tomatoes
1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
3 cups sliced grilled chicken (skinless)
1 purple onion (thinly sliced)
1 large yellow bell pepper (thinly sliced)
1 (12-oz.) bottle Briannas’ Real French Vinaigrette dressing
Fresh asparagus (steamed or grilled)

Tear salad greens into bite-size pieces. Combine with tomatoes, cheese, chicken, purple onion, yellow bell pepper and mushrooms. Shake Briannas’ Real French Vinaigrette dressing well and add to salad. Toss salad and garnish with asparagus.
