4 trout fillets

1/4 cup minced fresh basil

1/4 cup fresh lemon juice

2 teaspoons olive oil

1/2 teaspoons freshly ground black pepper

1/4 teaspoon salt

1 small lemon, thinly sliced

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine basil, lemon juice and olive oil in a mixing bowl. Place trout fillets in a non-stick baking dish. Sprinkle fillets with pepper and salt, and top with lemon sliced. Pour half of the basil mixture over the fillets. Bake for 13-15 minutes, or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork. Spoon the remaining basil mixture over fish before serving!
