Thai Chili Roasted Garlic Dipping Sauce:
Fabulous over cheese as a simple hors d’oeuvres, as a dipping sauce for pot stickers, shrimp, tofu or vegetables, in noodle and rice dishes and as a glaze for poultry, fish or meats.
Ingredients: Sugar, apple cider vinegar, fresh garlic, red chili peppers, sea salt.

Moroccan Spicy Pepper Dipping Sauce:
A wonderful cooking sauce for meats, seafood, tofu or vegetables; delicious mixed with mayonnaise as a sandwich spread and fabulous with couscous.
Ingredients:  Tomatoes, apple cider vinegar, canola/olive oil, red chili peppers, onions, garlic, lemons, sugar, spices, sea salt, parsley, mint, cilantro.

Indian Vindaloo Curry Dipping Sauce:
A delectable cooking sauce for meats, seafood, tofu or vegetables and as a dipping sauce for lamb, beef, chicken, shrimp, tofu or vegetables.
Ingredients: Tomatoes, onions, cider vinegar, canola/olive oil, garlic, ginger, lime, spices, sea salt, sugar.
