A seasoning blend that originated on the Caribbean Island of Jamaica, and which is used primarily in the preparation of grilled meats.  Shake well, and then add liberally to coat pork, chicken, lamb.  Marinate 2 to 4 hours or overnight in the fridge.  Wonderful with all kinds of seafood- 15 minutes to an hour does it.  Try it on mixed veggies or tofu too.  Use about a cup per pound marinated- BBQ, bake or broil.

Ingredients for both hot and mild: vinegar, onions, orange juice from concentrate (contains sodium benzoate), herbs and spices, naturally brewed soya sauce (contains sodium benzoate), vegetable or canola oil, garlic powder, sea salt, sugar, habanero peppers, lemon juice from concentrate (contains sodium bisulphite).
