On November 21st, the Village Cooking Studio was graced with the international talent of Nancy Rossi. She presented a taste of Christmas from France.
Her Joyeux Noel menu consisting of a three course meal:
- Citrus Scallops garnished with fresh oranges and grapefruit pieces
- Roasted Chicken Leg, stuffed with chicken breast drizzled in a mushroom and onion glaze
- For dessert, a puff pastry French inspired dessert, filled with French Vanilla ice cream and drizzled with home made chocolate sauce
These exquisite dishes are so simple to make. All guests left with inspiration to host their own soiree to dazzle the plates of family and friends during this holiday season.
