3 cups hot cooked Lundberg Wehani Rice
2 tbsp olive oil
1-2 cloves garlic, minced
½ julienned sun dried tomatoes
1 small can sliced olives
¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
½ jar of capers

Blend all ingredients and serve immediately.

Makes 6 servings.
