To enjoy the wholesome flavour of jasmine rice, follow this traditional recipe:

1 cup Lotus Foods Brown Jasmine Rice
2 cups water
1 tbsp butter
Salt to taste

Combine ingredients in a 2 quart saucepan and bring to a boil. Cover tightly and reduce heat. Allow the rice to simmer for 30-45 minutes, and then remove from heat. Let the rice stand covered until ready to serve. Fluff it with a fork and enjoy!.
