2 tbsp Thai Kitchen Premium Fish Sauce
1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
1 tsp fresh chopped garlic
1⁄2 tsp black pepper
3 tbsp olive oil
4 cups chopped romaine lettuce
1⁄2 cup grated parmesan cheese

In a small bowl, combine fish sauce, lemon juice, garlic, pepper and olive oil. In a large salad bowl, toss dressing with chopped romaine lettuce and parmesan cheese.
