Our tilapia roasts are made using fresh tilapia fillets stuffed with our lemon and dill seafood stuffing blend. Follow the simple method below for perfectly baked Tilapia roast. Serve with a salad or rice for a delicious meal, quick and easy.

Brush with olive oil and season to taste. Lemon with salt and pepper works well (or any other spices you enjoy). Bake in a pre-heated oven at 350°F for approximately 30 minutes, or until cooked to prefered doneness.
