1-1/2 pounds small white potatoes, scrubbed and cut into 1/4-inch slices
1 tablespoon olive oil
Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
1/4 cup Silver Palate Julee’s Caesar Salad Splash
3-4 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese

This recipe is paradise for lovers of crunchy, crispy potatoes. Preheat oven to 350° F. Toss potato slices with olive oil in a gratin or heavy baking dish. Arrange in a single overlapping layer, season with salt and pepper, and bake in bottom third of oven for 1 hour. Pour on Julee’s Caesar Salad Splash, bake for 10 minutes, then sprinkle on cheese. Cook until golden brown color, about 15 to 20 minutes.
