3 cups all-purpose flour
1 1/4 cups sugar
2 tsp baking powder
1 1/4 cups milk
3/4 cup vegetable oil
2 large eggs
3 tsp Boyajian Pure Orange Oil
1 1/2 cups chopped walnuts
Preheat oven to 350°. In a bowl, combine first three ingredients. In a second bowl, mix together the milk, oil, eggs and Orange Oil. Stir the milk mixture into the dry ingredients. Add the walnuts. Line a standard muffin tin with foil cupcake liners. Divide batter into cups and bake for 20 minutes. Transfer to rack and let cool.
