Our Famous Flank Steak!

This is a true backyard favourite. In fact this is a year round fav. It is pre-marinated and ready-to-go for all occasion big or small.

Set the BBQ on medium-high to preheat. Cut the vac-pack bag into a bowl to catch the marinade and steak. Place the flank steak onto the hot grill and brush some marinade on the top. Close the grill for 5-7 minutes (depending on thickness). Flip the flank steak and add more marinade. Cook for another 5-7 minutes. Remove the steak from grill and let rest for at least 5 minutes. Cut the flank steak across the grain into thin strips. Or…serve with a crusty roll, horseradish sauce and a grilled romaine salt with your favourite dressing …or enjoy sliced atop your favourite mixed green salad with a light vinaigrette.
