1 pound Mahi-Mahi, cut into 1 inch cubes or pieces
1 cup Newman’s Own Lighten Up Low Fat Sesame Thai Dressing
2 fresh peaches, cut into wedges
¼ cup light soy sauce
¼ cup ketchup
¼ cup chopped cilantro
2 tbsp honey

With bamboo or metal skewers, thread the Mahi-Mahi and the peaches through the skewers alternating fish & peaches and place in a large flat dish.

Combine Newman’s Own Lighten Up Low Fat Sesame Thai Dressing, soy sauce, ketchup, honey & cilantro in bowl and pour on top of prepared shish kabobs.
Let marinate up to 2 hours.  Charcoal grill each side for 4 minutes.

Serve as a first course or as entrée.

Yield 3 kabobs
