Ingredients:
4 pounds pork back ribs
1/4 cup brown sugar
2 teaspoons paprika
2 teaspoons chilli powder
1 teaspoon pepper
granulated garlic
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/2 teaspoon salt

Method:
In a large dish mix dry spices. Add ribs and rub with spice mixture. Cover and refrigerate for 12-14 hours. Place ribs, meat side down on grill over unlit burner (medium heat). Close lid and cook turning once, or until meat is tender and pulls away from ends of bones (about 1-1.5 hours). Brush with BBQ sauce (our own Jack Daniel’s BBQ Sauce is a great choice) turning once, until glazed. About 10 minutes. Serve with rib sauce on the side.
