Swordfish steaks

1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil

3/4 teaspoon coarsely ground black pepper

1 lemon, halved, seeds removed

Preheat grill to medium-high cooking heat. brush swordfish with oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Squeeze half of lemon over steak and grill, turning once until swordfish is browned and almost opaque in the center. Do not overcook, 7-8 minute average cooking time. Cut remaining lemon half into wedges and serve alongside steak
