2 eggs
3 slices bread cut or torn into cubes
¾ cups warm water
1 package dry onion soup mix
4 oz Heinz ketchup
2 tbsp mild prepared mustard
2 lbs ground beef
In good-sized mixing bowl beat eggs. Add the bread crumbs, water, dry soup mix, ketchup, mustard & beef. Combine thoroughly and pack lightly into slightly greased 9”x5” loaf pan. Bake in 350°F oven for 1 hour.
