1/3 cup Renée’s Gourmet Chunky Blue Cheese Dressing & Dip
1 head romaine lettuce
4 cups watercress leaves, stemmed
1/2 lb smoked turkey, julienned
2 medium tomatoes, diced
1 avocado, sliced
1 stalk green onion, chopped coarsely
2 hard boiled eggs, quartered
1/3 cup Blue cheese, crumbled

In a large bowl, toss together the romaine, watercress, turkey and tomatoes.

Add Renée’s Gourmet Blue Cheese Dressing. Toss to coat. Set the avocado slices, green onion and egg quarters decoratively on top of the salad. Sprinkle crumbled blue cheese on top and serve.
