¼ cup Renée’s Gourmet Asian Sesame Vinaigrette
½ cup snow peas, halved
1 cup Napa cabbage, finely shredded
½ cup fresh Mandarin oranges
½ cup ripe mango, diced
2 tsp cilantro, chopped large
½ cup red pepper, julienned
½ cup green onion, chopped
1 tsp crunchy Asian noodles
1 tsp black & white sesame seeds

Cook snow peas in boiling salted water for 1 minute, remove and cool immediately.

Toss all ingredients together. Dress with Asian Sesame Vinaigrette. Garnish with noodles and sesame seeds. Serve.
