1 lb. carrots, trimmed and peeled
¼ cup water
2 tablespoons salted butter
3 tablespoons Wild Thymes Chili Ginger Honey Marinade

Cut carrots diagonally into ¼ inch-thick slices. Put the carrots into a skillet that is large enough to accommodate them in a single overlapping layer. Add water and 1 tablespoon of butter and simmer with a lid on until tender (about 6 minutes or so). Add Wild Thymes Chili Ginger Honey Marinade and remaining butter. Raise heat to medium-high and cook stirring constantly, until all liquid is absorbed and the carrots are covered with a shiny glaze. Great for vegetarians
