Grilling up some burgers is always a summer-time staple. Not really rocket science, just don’t over cook them, and only flip them once. Don’t press them down on the grill, as that satisfying sizzle is all the taste juices seeping out. And make sure you don’t cut into them to check for doneness. If it looks done, odds are you’re good-to-go!

We like serving our classic beef burger on a soft bun with Boston or a soft left lettuce. Add thin slices of red onion, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard and a side dill pickle!
