1 cup Newman’s Own Olive Oil and Vinegar Salad Dressing
3 tbsp Dijon Mustard
¼ cup fresh chopped dill
Freshly ground black pepper
4 salmon fillets

Place a large zipper seal plastic bag into a large, shallow dish. Into the bag, add dressing and mustard. Seal bag. Massage gently to combine ingredients.

Add salmon to bag and seal. Marinate up to 30 minutes.

Preheat oven to 350°. Remove salmon, discarding marinade. Place salmon on a baking sheet. Sprinkle dill and pepper over fillets. Bake 20 minutes or until salmon is opaque.
