CARROT CAKE: This is the same carrot cake we have been making for almost 20 years now; it is beautiful and very moist just loaded with good ingredients: pineapple, coconut, cooked carrots and pecans just to name a few. Four layers with cream cheese icing and little royal icing carrots on top.

MAPLE PECAN TARTS: Our buttertarts with an addition of maple syrup and crushed pecans.

CARAMEL PECAN COOKIES: These cookies are so addictive that when you have one, you most likely eat the entire package.

PECAN PIES: Old-fashioned favourite loaded with whole and crushed pecans, made in our flakey pastry shells.

MINI CARAMEL PECAN CHEESECAKES: Candied pecans and caramel and cream cheese in a graham crust, topped with more caramel.
