BAILEYS MOUSSE CAKE: This is something new we are doing! We are making a beautiful chocolate mousse with half milk and half dark chocolate and Bailey’s. Then layer it with Bailey’s-soaked white cake, and finish with more mousse and chocolate shavings.
BAILEYS PISTACHIO BISCOTTI: Yes, biscotti is not Irish, but since we make this with Bailey’s and green (pistachios) …. we will also have this on sale.
