BAILEYS CHEESECAKE: Generous amounts of Bailey’s Irish Cream and a bit of milk chocolate and caramel swirled in the cheesecake mix, topped with Bailey’s whipped cream, chocolate drizzle and a shamrock.

ST.PATRICK’S DAY CAKE: White cake iced with green-hued vanilla icing, decorated with shamrocks.

BAILEYS CREME BRULEE: Yet another version of our wonderfully rich and creamy creme brulee, this one with Bailey’s, vanilla bean and some milk chocolate.

BAILEYS POUND CAKE: Rich buttery pound cake with a good amount of Bailey’s baked in. Prettily wrapped with green ribbon.

BAILEYS MOUSSE CAKE: This is something new we are doing! We are making a beautiful chocolate mousse with half milk and half dark chocolate and Bailey’s. Then layer it with Bailey’s-soaked white cake, and finish with more mousse and chocolate shavings.

BAILEYS PISTACHIO BISCOTTI: Yes, biscotti is not Irish, but since we make this with Bailey’s and green (pistachios) …. we will also have this on sale.
