Beginning this Sunday we will be serving a hot lunch from Noon till 2 in our Café. There will be two choices on the menu each Sunday, and this week it will be…..Beef Stroganoff over Rice, or Roasted Chicken Breast with Mashed Yukon Potatoes. Each will come with a Soup or Salad, Tea or Coffee, and since you’ll probably be really full, some dessert nibblies…………and all this for $10.95   Also, you’ve got to try our slow-roasted Back Ribs at the prepared food counter. It’s a new cooking process for us, and I am thrilled with the results! Evan
