This weekend is the Unionville Festival and we will be serving up some Grilled Sirloin and Portabello Panini. We grill thickcut steaks in the kitchen and then handcarve them in our café, alongside slices of organic portabello mushroom, crispy onion straws and head lettuce in soft paninis with a roasted garlic aioli. I had one for lunch and was absolutely nuts about it. We’re dragging our monstrous XXL Big Green Egg over to Main Street and grilling all the steaks and mushrooms to order.
