On March 12, 2013 we once again had Anne Kaukonen creating Gaelic inspired dishes in honor of upcoming St. Patrick’s Day. Karen, our resident Queen Bee in the Village also showed us how to make her delicious soda bread. Take a look at all the delicious Gaelic dishes that Anne shared with our guests.

To start the afternoon off right, Anne prepared Smoked Salmon Toast with Malt Vinegar Syrup.

Followed by a blended Bacon & Cabbage Soup.

Anne’s talents then lead her to showing us how to prepare Seared Salmon with Raisin Caper Butter paired with Golden Colcannon Pie.

And for dessert, a Bailey’s Merinque Fool with Oatmeal Walnut Crunch.
