2 zucchini, peeled ½ cup water 1 tablespoon olive oil salt and pepper
Wash zucchini before using your Paderno Spiral Slicer to create “zoodles”, stopping when the seeds are reached, discard seeds. Continue spiralizing your zucchini until you have your desired amount of zucchini noodles. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat; cook and stir zucchini in the hot oil for 1 minute. Add water and cook until zucchini is softened, 5 to 7 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. For more flavour, use a tomato sauce or pesto over top the zucchini noodles.
