Pumpkin Pie for breakfast!

Ingredients:
4 large eggs
1 cup milk
3/4 cup pumpkin puree
1 tbsp. brown sugar
1 1/2 tsp. pure vanilla extract
1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
12 slices of thick sliced bread
butter for frying
Maple Syrup

Method:

Use a large rectangular pan in order for the bread to be dripped easily in the pumpkin pie mixture. Break the eggs into into the pan and whisk well. Add in the rest of the ingredients and continue to whisk until fully blended.
Heat the griddle or fry pan to medium and butter well. Dip each slice of bread into the mixture
allowing it to fully soak up the liquid. Transfer each slice to the pan and cook until golden, approximately 3-4 minutes for each side. Continue to butter pan as needed until frying of the bread is finished.
Serve with maple syrup.
