Ingredients:
2 cans on tuna in water, drained, 2 tablespoons parsley, chopped, 2 eggs, pinch of cayenne pepper, grated carrot, olive oil
¼ cup seasoned bread crumbs, hamburger buns and 1 green onion, sliced.

Directions:
Mix together the tuna, eggs, carrot, breadcrumbs, onion, parsley and pepper. Then shape the mixture into four patties. Heat the olive oil (medium heat), then cook the patties (4-5 minutes per side). Be careful when turning them over, they are very fr. Serve the patties on the hamburger buns, with your choice of additions, cheese, ketchup, pickles, lettuce just to name a few!
