1/2 cup Renée’s Gourmet Cucumber & Dill Dressing & Dip
1 large tomato, diced in small cubes
1 large cucumber, peeled and diced in small cubes
1 large avocado, diced in small cubes
To taste salt & pepper

Place all ingredients in a bowl. Add Renée’s Gourmet Cucumber & Dill dressing and toss well.  Add salt & pepper to taste. Refrigerate before serving.  Serve with pita, crackers or flatbread.
