1 shot espresso
4 oz. hot steamed milk
4 oz. cold milk

Brew an espresso into a small brewing pitcher. Cool the coffee by putting the pitcher on ice. In the meantime, pour cold milk and ice into a serving glass until it is three-quarters full.  When the espresso is cold, pour it into the serving glass. Add hot steamed milk.
