Brussel Sprouts

Ingredients:

1 lb Brussels sprouts (shredded)
4 oz Pancetta or bacon (diced)
¼ cup pine nuts (toasted)
salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Fry pancetta or bacon until crisp.
  2. Add shredded Brussels sprouts, toss and cook with lid, for approximately 5 minutes until Brussels sprouts are al dente.
  3. Add pine nuts, salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Serve.
