This drink has all the vitamins, calcium, protein and fibre needed in a diet.  It is an excellent way to start off the day.  Very easy to make and it taste delicious!

½ cup nonfat milk
½ cup fat-free plain yogurt
½ frozen banana, peeled and chopped
2 tbsp powdered protein supplement
1½ tbsp fax seed
1 tsp honey
½ cup frozen strawberries

In a blender, blend milk, yogurt, banana, protein supplement, flax seed, honey, and strawberries until smooth.
