Traditionally “The Choice” for MOM! Layers of white sponge filled with diced strawberries and whipped cream. The whole top is covered with glazed and chocolate-dipped strawberries.
Limoncello Mousse Cake
Light lemon mousse made with the addition of Limoncello liqueur and lemon oil alongside with lemon juice and zest, layered with white cake and diced strawberries. Decorated with candied lemon peel and glazed strawberries.
Strawberry Buttercream Cake
We make this butter cream with fresh strawberry puree and diced strawberries, and layer it with fresh strawberry mousse, white sponge and a bit of strawberry jam.
Red Velvet Cakes

Chocolate cake made into a heart-shaped, filled with diced strawberries and cream, finished with dark chocolate shaving and dark chocolate-dipped strawberries.

Flourless pecan crust filled with diced Grand Marnier-infused strawberries and cream cheese, profusion of glazed and chocolate-dipped strawberries on top.

White sponge layered with cappuccino mousse, finished with chocolate ganache
Coconut-Lemon Dream
Light coconut cake brushed with Malibu rum filled with lemon filing, iced with coconut cream cheese frosting, finished with toasted coconut flakes.
