I love seafood pizzas and had to try making my own version. I introduce to you, the Good Catch pizza with gamberetto and capesante aka shrimps and scallops 😋 @thevillagegrocer . . For the toppings, I’ve made a garlic cream sauce (butter, flour, milk, garlic, salt, pepper), sautéed shrimps and scallops with butter, garlic and lemon zest, shredded mozzarella, Parmesan cheese, a bit of shredded smoked cheddar and chives all topped on a dough with lots of nice bubbles. Finish it off with some fresh baby arugula on top 👌🏼 . Baked on a pizza stone heated up to 550F at 8 mins! This time the transferring of the pizza onto the pizza stone was a bit easier, so the crust looked better. I love this combination of cream sauce and seafood together!
