A Little Slice of Evan

Mennonite Chickens are grown the old-fashioned way, with lots of old-fashioned flavour, being grain fed, and grown locally. They are available but one per week, and in our case they arrive late Friday. They average about 7 lbs each, so they serve quite a few at a sitting, or make lots of chicken sandwiches.
