Who doesn’t love a s’more! This recipe allows you to make some gooey s’mores at home if your craving a taste of a traditional camp fire treat.
Makes 6-8 Servings (2-5” cast iron pans)
Ingredients
1 bag chocolate chips, chunks or 6 Hershey Chocolate bars
1 bag marshmallows, any size will do
1 box graham crackers
Method
Preheat the oven to 350F.  Grease 2-5” cat iron pans with olive oil to prevent chocolate from sticking and for easy clean up.  Divide the chocolate between the two pans and spread to cover the entire bottom.  Pack the top with marshmallows.
Place the cast iron pans on a baking sheet and place on the bottom rack for 5-6 minutes to soften the marshmallows evenly melt the chocolate.  Turn the oven to broil and place the pans under the broiler, browning the tops of the marshmallows to a golden brown.  Watch them closely as they brown quickly.
Serve immediately with graham cracker pieces.  Dip or layer.  Your choice.
Chef Note:
Try using Fraktals instead of traditional chocolate for a crunchy toffee flavour.
