What’s Baking for Christmas!

YULE LOG

  • Chocolate: chocolate sponge filled with chocolate mousse, finished with ganache, festive décor and meringue mushrooms.
  • Lemon: white sponge filled with lemon curd, finished with a lemon butter cream, festive décor and meringue mushrooms.
  • Hazelnut: chocolate sponge filled with hazelnut mousse, finished with chocolate hazelnut butter cream, festive décor and meringue mushrooms.

LAYER CAKES

  • Chocolate Ganache
  • Vanilla Frosted
  • Snow Cake – layers of sponge with a meringue disc in between raspberry puree. Finished with whipped cream and more crumbled meringue.
  • Chocolate Peppermint Cake –  chocolate cake filled with whipped milk chocolate ganache and crushed candy cane. Finished with dark chocolate glaze and white chocolate snowflakes.
  • Tiramisu – ladyfinger cookies surrounds layers of coffee soaked cake and rich mascarpone filling. Finished with chocolate shavings and tied with a bow!
  • Mixed Berry Jelly Roll –  sponge cake filled with fresh whipped cream and mixed berries.
  • Lemon Elderflower Cake – vanilla sponge baked with fresh lemon zest, soaked in elder flower syrup and layered with lemon butter cream. Garnished with festive decor.

MOUSSE CAKES 

  • Black & White Mousse: chocolate cake filled with a white and chocolate mousse
  • Amarena Cherry & Chocolate: chocolate cake filled with a decedent Amarena cherry mousse

CHEESECAKES

  • Candy Cane: crushed candy cane swirled into the mix
  • Eggnog: dark rum, brandy, nutmeg, cinnamon along with eggnog. Topped with whipped cream
  • Raspberry White Chocolate: shortbread crust, the cheese mixture studded with fresh raspberries and is finished with more raspberries and white chocolate
  • Mango: pureed mangoes mixed into our cream cheese mixture. After baking, the cakes are glazed with apricot glaze and decorated with fresh mango and berries

COFFEE CAKES

  • Pumpkin: baked with pumpkin, spiced apples, fresh and dried cranberries and pecans. Flavoured with maple syrup and brandy, and topped with a brandied maple glaze!
  • Gingerbread: moist gingerbread coffeecake studded with candied ginger and golden raisins and glazed to perfection!

FLOURLESS OPTIONS

  • Turtle Cheesecake –  ganache, caramel candied pecans and marshmallow baked in. Finished with ganache and a caramel turtle.
  • Flourless Chocolate Cake –  dense brownie-like flourless chocolate cake topped with fresh whipped sour cream topping and fresh fruit.
  • Praline and Eggnog Mousse Flan – candied pecan crust, filled with eggnog mousse, caramel and candied pecans.
  • Holiday Cheesecake: brandied cranberries, spiced apples and candied pecans and caramel on a pecan crust.
